Two programs make up Hidden Summit Tracks.

Build Different and CrossBuilding.

The Problem

  • Many people have limited flexibility and mobility. This is due to sedentary lifestyles or bad training methods.
  • Weakness and lack of strength are the problems. Without a plan to build strength, it's hard to maintain muscle and strength. This is especially true as we age.
  • Neglecting cardiovascular fitness can lead to health risks. These risks include heart disease and high blood pressure.
  • Improper training and poor conditioning increase the risk of injury.
  • Low self-confidence is common. Physical health issues often cause mental health struggles. They reduce self-confidence.

Our Solution: Hidden Summit TRACKS

Our templated programming, known as Hidden Summit TRACKS.

You choose your preferred TRACK and follow the program.

Both TRACKS are scheduled for one hour sessions.

Both TRACKS will have four gym sessions per week.

Both TRACKS will have a detailed explanation of what movements to perform.

Both TRACKS will come with a substitution guide.

Both TRACKS has specific hand-picked video tutorials.

Build Different Program

The Build Different program aims to create a well-rounded training plan. It will focus on:

  • Emphasizes a full range of motion exercises.
  • Uses mobility drills and yoga-inspired movements.

  • Utilizes compound movements, such as squats and deadlifts.

  • Includes high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
  • Encourages steady-state cardio sessions.
  • Promotes circuit training for a full-body cardiovascular workout.

  • Implements proper warm-up and cool-down protocols.
  • Focuses on form correction and technique's improvement.
  • Provides individualized adjustments based on the individual's fitness levels.

CrossBuilding Program

CrossBuilding is a mix of CrossFit and bodybuilding principles. It is for those over 30 who aim for functional longevity.

  • Incorporates Olympic lifts, powerlifting, and functional movements.
  • Emphasizes muscle hypertrophy through targeted bodybuilding exercises.

Frequently Asked Questions


Have some questions about our programs? Find the answers below. 

  • What Equipment do I need?

    1. The equipment you will need varies on the program you choose to follow. Alpha Track and Buns and Guns  are written as if you had access to a full gym’s worth of equipment. However, our optimizations are written so if you have a fraction of the equipment you can complete a version of the workout of the day. At a minimum, we will write the @home version of the workout everyday, and for this you will only need your body and a single dumbbell or Kettlebell. Feel free to mix and match machines and movement with the equipment you have. Remember, this is a blueprint for success, and you can adjust as needed for your set up. Something is always better than nothing. 
    2. For our 20 minute tone up programming, you will not need equipment. This program is designed to give you a quick sculpt session where you can train anywhere, no matter what!
  • How long are your workouts going to take me?

    • Alpha Track 30-120 minutes. To be done in 1-2 sessions.
    • Buns and guns 30-90 minutes. To be done in 1 session 
    • 20 Minute tone up. 20-30 minutes. 
  • What if I cannot complete the programming because I do not have the time?

    We encourage you to complete what you can in the time that you are allotted for training. We will explain the order of importance for the movements in the “workout notes section” on your wodify app. 

  • What if I cannot complete a movement or workout due to my ability or any other reason?

    We understand that some of these movements or equipment situations could be challenging for any individual at any time. We will always give you a daily rundown on how to complete the movements, the intention of the written workout, targets, time caps and optimizations for you to make the most of your training, no matter what your ability.  

  • What if I need extra coaching?

     If you are in need of extra coaching we recommend our Reach Your Peak program so you can begin to utilize the one-on-one time with your Hidden Summit Coach. Here you can deep dive into an exercise coaching session, nutrition talk or mindset that is specific to your needs. 

  • Do you have prescribed warm ups and cool downs?

    We will offer a warm up specific to the workout of the day on each of our TRACKS. We will also have our ARMORED functional mobility series linked to each of our TRACKS. Find more information about ARMORED, here.
