How do I get started with your fitness programs?

Getting started is easy! Simply sign up for a membership on our website, and you'll receive immediate access to your specific fitness program(s). You can also schedule a consultation with one of our coaches to tailor a program specifically for you.

What types of memberships do you offer?

We offer 2 membership options. Our Hidden Summit Tracks programming and our Reach Your Peak, one-on-one coaching. If you opt in for Hidden Summit Tracks, you'll have access to the program you choose. Our Reach Your Peak membership provides access to all fitness programs. These can be templated or custom. It also includes nutritional guidance and community support. Check our Membership page for detailed pricing and benefits.

Can I customize my fitness program?

Absolutely! Our coaches can help you make a fitness program for you. It will fit your goals, schedule, and fitness level. You can book a one-on-one consultation through our website.

How can I cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time by filling out THIS FORM and completing our exit survey. Need help? Our customer support team is here to guide you through the process. Just email memberships@hiddensummitgroup.com

What happens if I miss a workout?

Hidden Summit Tracks posts workouts one week before they happen. They are posted every Sunday by 5pm Eastern time. This allows you to organize your schedule. You can complete the workouts when it's convenient for you. Our custom programming is designed around your schedule. When you tell your coach your schedule and schedule demands, we can help implement your training fit each week.

Do you offer nutritional guidance along with fitness programs?

Yes, we offer complete nutritional coaching. Our team will sit down with you on a monthly basis, send weekly assessments, and give guidance along the way. Our experts will provide personalized nutrition advice during your consultation sessions.

Are your programs suitable for beginners?

Our programs are optimizable for all fitness levels, including beginners. Each program includes step-by-step instructions. It also has videos and tips to help you progress at your own pace. Custom Programming is designed to help you make progress. It works for you over time, no matter where you start.

What should I do if I encounter technical issues on the website?
